Last Call Cocktails
Effective June 22, 2026
Last Call Cocktails is built to be a place for your cocktails — not a place that watches you. We do not run ads, we do not track you, and we do not sell your data. This policy explains the little we do collect and why.
Last Call Cocktails ("Last Call," "we," "us," or "our") is a mobile cocktail recipe app operated by an individual developer based in Chicago, Illinois, United States. If you have any question about this policy or your data, contact us at lastcallcocktailsapp@gmail.com.
We collect only what the app needs to give you an account and keep your bar in sync. Nothing more.
We do not use any analytics, advertising, or tracking software. We do not collect your location, your contacts, your browsing activity, an advertising identifier, or a behavioral profile. There are no third-party trackers embedded in the app.
That is the complete list. We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to running the app.
We keep the number of companies that touch your data as small as possible. Each one acts as a service provider on our behalf:
Your favorites and your saved builds are also stored locally on your device so the app's core features work fully offline, with no connection. This on-device data stays on your device and is removed when you delete the app.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising or marketing. We have no financial interest in your data beyond running this app for you. We would only ever disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our users.
We keep your account information and content for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, your account and the content tied to it (your favorites, builds, and notes) are permanently deleted.
You are in control of your data:
You have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request its deletion, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. California law also gives you the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information — we do not sell or share your personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of, but we state it plainly here.
We process your information to provide a service you have requested (to perform our contract with you) and to operate the app. You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to certain processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. To exercise any of these rights, email us at lastcallcocktailsapp@gmail.com.
If we offer a paid membership, the purchase and any renewal are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We receive confirmation that a subscription is active, but we never receive your payment-card details. Apple's and Google's own privacy policies cover how they process your payment.
Last Call is an app about alcoholic beverages and is intended for adults. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age required by law in their location (including anyone under 13 in the United States). If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
We protect your data with industry-standard measures: connections are encrypted in transit, passwords are hashed, and database access is restricted so each user can only reach their own data. No method of storage or transmission is ever completely secure, but we work to keep your information safe.
Your information is stored and processed on servers located in the United States. If you use the app from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be processed there.
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, provide notice in the app. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated policy.
