These terms are the agreement between you and Last Call Cocktails. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. Please read them.
Last Call Cocktails ("Last Call," "we," "us," or "our") provides a mobile cocktail recipe app. By downloading, creating an account in, or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Last Call is a curated collection of authoritative, hand-crafted cocktail recipes with precise build instructions, tasting notes, and commentary, together with tools to save and personalize your own builds. It is provided for your personal, non-commercial use.
Last Call is intended for adults. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your location to create an account, and you must be of legal drinking age in your location to prepare or consume any alcoholic beverage described in the app. Alcohol is for responsible enjoyment by those of legal drinking age only. Never drink and drive, and drink responsibly. You are solely responsible for your own consumption and for serving others lawfully and responsibly.
You agree to provide accurate information when you create an account and to keep it current. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. An account is for a single person. Let us know promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

The app includes content available to everyone and additional content available to members. We may add to, change, or adjust which recipes and features are free or member-only over time as the library grows. Recipes and builds you have already saved to your own bar remain yours and are not removed by such changes.
The recipes, text, tasting notes, artwork, design, and the Last Call name and branding are owned by us or used with permission, and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable license to use the app and its content for your own personal use. You may not copy, redistribute, republish, scrape, resell, or commercially exploit the recipes or any other content without our written permission.
The builds, tasting notes, and other content you create remain yours. You grant us a limited license to store, copy, and sync that content solely to operate the app for you — for example, to back it up and make it available across your devices. We do not claim ownership of your personal builds and notes.
You agree not to misuse the app. In particular, you will not reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code, scrape or bulk-download the recipes, resell or redistribute the content, interfere with the app's operation or security, or use the app in any unlawful way.
The app and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While our recipes are crafted with care, we do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free. You are responsible for the safety of what you make and consume, including checking for allergens and ensuring ingredients are safe and suitable for you and anyone you serve.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Last Call and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the app or your consumption of any beverage described in it. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Last Call and its operator from any claims or expenses arising out of your misuse of the app or your violation of these terms.
You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or use the app unlawfully. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will survive.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Illinois, except where applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, provide notice in the app. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
